While looking through the newspaper Darren saw an ad about Starry Safari Friday Nights at the Phoenix Zoo. Over the summer they do it every Friday night from 6pm - 9pm. They do a lot of special things like: Lego land, animal viewings, talks about some of the animals, water rides, camel rides, and more. Darren and I decided it would be nice to take the boys and get out, so we invited Nana, and went on our way to enjoy a night filled with fun! One of our stops was to Monkey Village, where you actually go into the spider monkeys exhibit and walk down a little path to watch them all. The Zoo workers alerted us to be careful because the monkeys were extra crazy. It's so fun, the monkeys jump just a couple of feet over your head from branch to branch, tree to tree. Ethan loved it! Nana wasn't so sure, she was worried about getting peed or pooped on so she was a little on edge. Check out our night:
